Introduction

Mrs. Reena Bhutada, Director of Abhinav Career Scope, Pune, is an award-winning career counselor dedicated to guiding students and parents toward the right career path. She received the Top Career Counselor Award by Career Guide, Delhi, in 2022 and has been recognized for her contributions to the field of education and career guidance.

She holds an MSc in Physics from Fergusson College, Pune, and previously worked in the IT industry with HSBC Software, Cybage Software, Abhinav IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, and Zensoft. However, after taking a break in 2009 for family reasons, she reinvented herself for the second phase of her career in career counseling. Her passion for helping students and parents navigate career choices led her to establish Abhinav Career Scope, where she has been making a significant impact.
